HICLOVER Containerized Incinerators

HICLOVER containerized incinerators integrate the main incineration equipment―including the primary combustion chamber, secondary combustion chamber, burners, control panel, air-supply system and optional flue-gas treatment equipment―inside a strong and weather-resistant shipping container.

The containerized design allows the complete system to be assembled and tested at the factory before delivery. This significantly reduces on-site installation work, civil construction requirements and commissioning time. After arrival, the unit can be positioned on a suitable foundation, connected to fuel and electricity, and prepared for operation within a relatively short period.

The enclosed structure protects the equipment from rain, dust, wind and other harsh environmental conditions. It also provides a cleaner, safer and more organized operating area for the operator. Standard shipping-container dimensions make the system easier to transport by truck, railway or sea, making it especially suitable for remote or temporary projects.

HICLOVER containerized incinerators can be used for medical waste, municipal solid waste, camp waste, industrial waste and other combustible materials. Typical applications include hospitals, mining camps, military bases, islands, construction sites, disaster-relief projects and remote communities.

With dual-chamber combustion, automatic burners, PLC control, temperature monitoring and optional wet or dry flue-gas treatment systems, HICLOVER provides a reliable, efficient and flexible waste-disposal solution. Each system can be customized according to the required treatment capacity, fuel type, waste characteristics and local emission requirements.

HICLOVER containerized incinerators offer a practical combination of mobility, fast installation, weather protection and dependable performance for waste-treatment projects worldwide.
