Application:<\/font><\/span><\/b>
<\/span>The flue gas filtration system is designed for final-stage exhaust gas purification. It removes fine dust and mist particles through a multi-stage process that includes extreme cooling spray treatment, dust removal, demisting, and stainless-steel mesh filtration. The process ensures clean, purified flue gas discharge that meets environmental emission standards.<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

General Configuration:<\/font><\/span><\/b>
<\/span>The system consists of two main spray towers and a terminal stainless-steel mesh filter:<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

1. <\/span>First-Stage Spray Tower (Primary Scrubber):<\/font><\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Equipped with internal <\/font><\/span>Pall Rings (Raschig Rings)<\/font><\/span><\/b>, this tower performs <\/font><\/span>extreme cooling and initial dust removal<\/font><\/span><\/b> from high-temperature exhaust gas.<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The flue gas enters and collides directly with high-velocity spray jets, rapidly reducing its temperature and allowing dust particles to settle.<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

2. <\/span>Second-Stage Spray Tower (Secondary Scrubber):<\/font><\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Also packed with <\/font><\/span>Pall Rings<\/font><\/span><\/b>, the secondary tower provides <\/font><\/span>further dust and fine particle removal<\/font><\/span><\/b>.<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The cleaned gas is then guided to the <\/font><\/span>induced draft fan (ID fan)<\/font><\/span><\/b> for extraction.<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

3. <\/span>Induced Draft Fan and Stainless-Steel G4 Mesh Filter:<\/font><\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/font><\/span>ID fan<\/font><\/span><\/b> maintains negative pressure in the ducting system, drawing treated gas toward the outlet.<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The exhaust passes through the <\/font><\/span>final G4 stainless-steel mesh filter<\/font><\/span><\/b>, achieving <\/font><\/span>fine dust and mist separation<\/font><\/span><\/b> before discharge.<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
