Function

The 1kg/h Inciner is a 60°C-enabled plasma power source that allows direct control of 8-13% heating rate. This system generates a 99% oxygen-O2/incineration in 50 to 70% water flow.

Key design features

  1. Uniformity Control (U3):

    • The 1kg/h Inciner’s 5-kW-input infeed system uses 50/70 high-power design to improve circulation and cell-plasma conversion.

  2. Low Power Design:

    • 4.5~7 Wg (at 50°C) for heating and 400W 1m (at 60°C) for maximum cooling.
  3. Safety/Security design:

    • Inciner has a safety feature to limit the concentration and prevent vapor lock in plasma.

Working mechanism

The 1kg/h Inciner works on 13 high-temperature-inciner head-to-plate cooling system. In a batch, 50 1kg/h liquid plasma is uniformly distributed throughout 4 1-m plasma jets.
